INTRODUCTION The cleaning principle by ultrasounds consists in the use of sound waves with higher frequecies than the human ear can detect, these go from 15 Hz to 20 kHz.
The generator of this bath produces sound vibrations in frequencies between 35 and 50 kHz, which are propagated inside the recipient mechanically, getting a sound resonance. The energy density for the acoustic field is so high producing a cavitation effect.
This effect consists in the formation of millions of low pressure microscopic bubbles (vacuum) which promote the cleaning of the surface immersed in the liquid in a molecular stage, taking the polluting impurities and dirt away from the parts or materials which must be cleaned.
The complex parts can be cleaned without be disassembled, as the cavitation penetrates in any place where the liquid remains in contact with the surface.
