TWO PISTONS INSTALLATION
Piston 1: Semi-hydrostatic Servo Cylinder.
For dynamic and static vertical or inclined load application.
The double effect and double acting symmetrical chambers, semi hydrostatic hydraulic servo cylinder is mounted on the upper crosshead.The installation includes 2 MOOG servo valves mounted on the servo cylinder: high and low pressure.
- Load capacity: 150 kN.
- Measuring range: from 3 to 150kN
- Maximum working frequency: 5 Hz (with +/- 3 mm of amplitude).
- Speed constant (frequency x amplitude) : 15
- Piston stroke: + 150 mm (300 mm total)
The servo cylinder is double effect, double shaft and symmetrical chambers.
The servo cylinder has the following characteristics:
- High Resolution Moog servovalve Q= 65 l/min
- Operation in differential configuration (small chamber always pressured). Flow control only on the big chamber.
- With a 210 bar pressure, maximum static and dynamic effort is 150 kN.
- Designed for fatigue tests. High duration. Low friction with bearings with hydrostatic compensation with seals and permanent lubrication.
- Chromium piston and rods with low friction joints.
- Base plate with direct base for servo valves with P, T and drain connections.
- Magneto restrictive position transducer (without contact) inside the shaft. Power supply 24 Vdc. Digital output protocol SSI. Measuring accuracy: 0,001 mm
- Screw shaft for direct coupling of clamping tools.
- Plate with P and T accumulators mounted on the same body, made of light alloy.
Piston 2: Static Servo Cylinder.
For horizontal static load.
Double effect, simple shaft and asymmetric chambers.
Load capacity: 50 kN
Measuring range: from 1 to 50 kN.
Piston stroke: + 200 mm (400 mm total)
Main specifications:
- Chromed piston, placed over on the housing by low friction joints.
- Temposonic III position gauge, placed on the shaft.
- Power supply 24Vdc. SSI communication protocol.
- Screwed shaft for direct test devices mounting.
