PRODUCT OVERVIEWThe Blaine apparatus is used to determine, through materials testing, the fineness of cement (and other powdery products) in terms of specific surface in cm2/g.
The device enables to determine quickly and automatically the fineness of cement avoiding boring calculations and checking charts, reducing human errors in the timing, obtaining immediate reliable and repetitive.

FUNCTIONS PERFORMED AUTOMATICALLY
1. Sealing check of the system.
2. Controlled aspiration of the manometric liquid until the upper mark.
3. Determination of the falling time of the manometric liquid between the test reference marks with a resolution de 0,01 s.
4. Simultaneous measure of the temperature.
5. Process of the data introduced in the memory: time in seconds and temperature.
6. Direct application of the mathematical formulae specified in the standard with an automatic correction of air viscosity and the display of the specific surface result in cm2/g.
