MD58 MODULE

ADVANTAGES
  • Could work directly or remote via a PC. Even when the computer fails the test could be carried out.
  • The control over order machine components (servo valve, servo motor, etc) is fully digital simplifying the adjusting process (PID adjust, calibration, etc) which could be done from the software.
  • Up to 5000 readings per second and per channel
  • Sychronous channels
  • Up to 8 slots for expansion, where up to 7 auxiliary channels could be mounted. The first channel is reserved for the load measure. Additional digital channel for displacement transducer.
  • Calibration parameters are loaded in the EPROM memory, avoiding recalibrations after new hardware or software installations

REMOTE CONTROL UCR-D

Digital remote control unit in magnetic box, which connects to the electronic command module and allows remote_control_mdmovements of the mobile crossbar (RAISE, LOWER, STOP) and autonomous test programming by means of function and numeric keys (input value and programming) and a digital potentiometer to position the mobile crossbar, menu navigation and data entry. A 128x64 LCD graphic screen allows the programming and test results to be displayed.

The magnetic box allows the unit to be fitted anywhere in the test area (maximum operability and user comfort).
