CLOSE LOOP CONTROL
The control loop compares the values read (strength, displacement and/or deformation) with the command value (load speed defined in the test standard or by the user) generating, if necessary, an order modification to accomplish with the defined speed. These control and corrections are done 1000 times each second ( close loop frequency up to 1kHz)
NETWORK CONNECTIVITY
Possibility of being remote PC controlled for test configuration and data reading by means of Ethernet 10/100Mbps (RJ45) or Wi-Fi. This performance allows creating laboratories network for data sharing and also the test definition and data readout from a central PC placed hundreds of km away from the machine.

CHANNEL, INPUTS AND OUTPUTS
Up to 8 channels connected to a 24 bits ADC (±180.000 efective points) with a sampling speed of 1 kHz.
For connecting pressure transducers, load cells, deformation transducers, displacement encoders, etc. Command drive interface of +/-10V with 16 bits resolution.
Up to 16 digital inputs and 8 digital outputs, for alarms and relays.
DATA STORAGE
In a standard compression test, around 7200 points are generated. The user can save all these data.
- Up to 1000 complete tests data could be stored in the internal memory
- More than 5 million test results could be stored in the internal memory
Taking advantage of the front USB connection, unlimited amount of test can be stored using USB memory pen drives
PERIPHERAL CONNECTIONS
Two USB ports placed on the front and on the rear part of the machine.
Front: for pen drives memories
Rear: for printer, wireless adapter, keyboard, mouse and any other USB peripheral.
Some USB adapters must be configured by IBERTEST.
Using USB hubs allows simultaneous USB peripheral connection.
