Automatic concrete Compression Materials Testing Machine

The machine is adequate for carrying out resistance tests on structural building materials as concrete, cements, as well as on finished products as ceramic tiles, blocks, bricks and many other materials.

To be used for quality control purposes in factories and building laboratories, Quality Supervision Organisms, Colleges, Research and Development Institutions, etc.

Also, these machines are ideally suited for on-site quality control and production laboratories.

MAIN TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

MAIN FRAME

Comprises the integral framework structure, the assembly of the hydraulic jacket - piston, the base compression platen and the ball-seated upper compression platen.

Composed by an axial-column high pressure pump, coupled directly to an electric motor.

The hydraulic group is placed in the right part of the materials testing machine.

SPACING BLOCKS

The spacing blocks (or distance pieces), are used to reduce vertical clearance between the contact surfaces of the ball seated upper platen and the base platen of the test frame when the height of the specimen is lower than 300 mm.

The standard spacing blocks have a diameter of 200 mm, according to EN 12390-4 standard, and their effective depth is 60 or 50 mm.

A chart with recommended spacing blocks to be used depending of the height of the specimen and/or testing devices that can be used with this range of machines is shown hereafter:

Microprocessed 32 bits electronic module with floatting comma calculating unit, working at 800 Mhz clock frequency.

Developed for autonomous working.

Designed for test data acquisition and close loop control.

Languages:English, Spanish, French and Portuguese.Reports could be generated in any other language as well.

Network connectivity: Possibility of being remote PC controlled for test configuration and data reading by means of Ethernet 10/100Mbps (RJ45) or Wi-Fi.

The control module is fully managed by the WINTEST32 software.

Allows testing conguration and execution as well as a later data management.

The software has been specially adapted to this machine, including double working possibility:

Simple mode: for productivity increasing enabling quick and repetitive tests process. Configuration steps have been reduced to the minimum. Especially useful for test over same material samples.

Full mode: the user could use all the power of WINTEST software.
Easy change from working modes
When the module is working on remote mode, the controller PC is capable of carrying out the same actions as if the user were in front of the module.
